Hi all
I've been playing guild wars since the beginning, but had a 1+ year break. Just came back because someone donated me (well traded for an other game currency) 1000plat, which is the max money I believe
What should I do with it? What are some nice items to gear out my monk? And anyone knows a nice competition to give like 100 plat away? thanks in advance Last edited by Leather Rebel; Feb 02, 2011 at 10:20 PM // 22:20.. |

Well max armor is probably a must.
A weapon skin that you like. Some farming gear. Skills/Tomes as for a competition? How about the first person to post some help (: |

I'll take the 100 plat.
But you need to be careful. First of all trading Guild Wars currency for anything other than what is in game is against the Code of Conduct or ULA I believe, so they can ban you. Additionally with that size of a "donation" it throws up red flags for Anet, so they may ban you on suspicion of using a gold seller. With Canthan New Year coming up you could always do some scavenger hunts or something to give away money. Or possibly even buy all the materials for Luxon/Kurzick armor and give that away to people with the cash to craft it. |

But what is a real great skin for monk? Last time it was voltaic spear that was the exclusive one. And I guess I'll buy FoW armour. Quote:

If your Hall of Monuments isn't finished (and you want to complete it), work on finishing it?
As for competition, you could always give it away to friends/random people or make up some kind of game. I.E. guess a number between 1 and a bazillion? |

Your best bet would be to post in the guild recruitment/search section or look in game. (I've found looking in game to be way better though.)

It's a matter of opinion what you should do, plus this is really a Guild Wars Question~ It's your money, spend it on something YOU like.
